Darunavir

Darunavir is an immunodeficiency virus type 1 protease nonpeptidic inhibitor. It binds to the active site of HIV-1 protease. This inhibits the dimerization activity of HIV-1 protease. This is an antiretroviral protease inhibitor widely used in the treatment of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection.
